Welcome!

My name is Rachael Dewey, and I am a first-year K–3 art teacher in Fair Haven, New Jersey. After graduating from The College of New Jersey with my B.A. in Art Education, I stepped into the classroom with the goal of building a space where young artists feel curious, confident, and inspired. Every day, I’m learning, growing, and discovering new ways to help my students explore their creativity through meaningful, joyful art experiences.

Alongside teaching, I am also beginning my journey as a photographer, combining my love for storytelling, design, and capturing the small, beautiful moments that make up our lives. Whether I’m in the art room or behind the camera, my mission is the same: to create with heart, uplift others, and celebrate the unique perspectives that make each person an artist in their own way.
